“SGC” is located in ecologically clean and beautiful place in Kaunas region near Roku settlement. All three types of African ostriches – red-necked, blue-necked and African black – are bred in a perfectly adapted farm which occupies the area of 27 ha.
The Cooperative is engaged in ostrich selection and industrial breeding, it supplies to the market incubated eggs, young and mature ostriches, their meet, eggs, skin, fat and feather, introduces new ostrich breeding technologies and their unified marking system in Lithuania and creates artificial insemination technology.
The Cooperative prosecutes procurement of different grain cultures, their desiccation and logistics. The perspective of growing grain and breading cattle is intend, as well as its distribution of meat and other agricultural products.
